This Summer, Ben Murphy, Head Chef at Launceston Place, will welcome a host of some of the UK’s leading chefs to join him in a series of one-off ‘Behind the Pass’ dinners. A celebration of British cooking and the diversity of styles and techniques found across our country’s restaurants.
On Tuesday 26th June, we will see Nicholas Balfe (Founder & Head Chef of Salon, Brixton) step up to the pass alongside Ben, where the pair will showcase dishes strongly guided by seasonal ingredients, sourced from local growers and suppliers to create a six-course menu.
We have four different available time slots that hold a maximum of 8 guests per seating & are allocated on a first come first serve basis:
