Saturday 11th June sees newly appointed Chef Patron Raphael Francois lead our team to take part in Fork to Fork, a west London celebration of culinary delights in support of the Open Air Classroom project for ARK Franklin Primary Academy.
In a family friendly environment, Raphael will be preparing sea bream crudo, watermelon, and pea mojito and steam cake, strawberry and curry gelee. Raphael’s culinary style combines his background in classical French cuisine with contemporary flavours and techniques.
Expect food stalls, talks & tastings, craft beer, great wine, artisan spirits, live music, picnic garden, world féte area, kids zone as well as an incredible collection of raffle prizes.
