Due to the success of our champagne and cheese flights we will be holding a special tasting on Wednesday 9 April giving you the chance to  discover why champagne and cheese accompany each other beautifully.

We will be trying 4 exceptional Sanger Champagnes alongside 4 cheeses handpicked from world famous fromagerie Beillevaire that  also feature on our cheese trolley. Full details of the pairing are below:

Sanger, Triangle Minéral, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs –  Appenzeller
Sanger Tango Pardoxe Rosé –  Ragstone
Sanger Grand Cru Millésimé 2007 – Fourme d’Ambert with caramelised sour dough galette
Sanger Generosite Noire, Blanc de Noir – Sablé du Boulonnais

The tasting starts at 6.30 pm until 7.30 pm and is priced at £10 per person.  As we are expecting this to be a popular event with limited space,  bookings should be made in advance and we would suggest reserving your place at your earliest convenience.
