Taking you on a gastronomic odyssey, Head Chef Ben Murphy invites you to sample our tantalizing eight-course  Chef’s Menu. With unexpected twists on classic dishes and ingredients including ‘eggs and soliders,’ this is a menu for the adventurous.

July also signals the start of icecream month and to celebrate this, Ben has created a  sophisticated take on the much loved ‘Choc-ice’ – also featuring honeycomb and a subtle touch of Launceston Place.

To complement the intricate flavours of this menu, Head Somelier Maciej Lyko has curated a selection of paired wines that you can choose to add to your experience.
