Soufflé Masterclass with Ben Murphy

Master the art of the perfect soufflé!
Join us at Launceston Place on Sunday the 24th of February or Sunday 24th of March for a soufflé masterclass with Head Chef Ben Murphy followed by a three-course lunch including your own made souffle for dessert.
Kicking off with coffee, guests will be given an apron to use on the day, before taking their places in the private dining room, which will be set up with equipment and ingredients for each attendee. Ben will guide the class through the process of making their own Pistachio Soufflés, a signature of his mentor Pierre Koffmann, which regularly features on the Launceston Place menu.
Guests will then enjoy a glass of Champagne and a three-course lunch in the private dining room, finishing with their own soufflés for dessert.
The masterclass will start at 10am and will follow by lunch. Duration of the class: 1-1.5h
