Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, Italy, Brancaia is a renowned Tuscan estate that has gained international recognition for its exceptional wines, rich winemaking history dating back to the 1980s when the estate was founded.
Today, Barbara Widmer, owner and Winemaker leads the winery focusing on producing wines that express the unique terroir of Tuscany while embracing both traditional and modern winemaking techniques. Their iconic wines is their flagship red blend, Brancaia IL BLU, an iconic red blend that exemplifies the pinnacle of their winemaking expertise. Crafted with meticulous care and a commitment to excellence, IL BLU has earned a reputation as one of Tuscany’s most distinguished wines.
Barabara will guide guests during a bespoke five-course set menu created by Chef Patron Ben Murphy, alongside five perfectly paired wines.
