This Summer, Ben Murphy, Head Chef at Kensington restaurant Launceston Place, will welcome a host of some of the UK’s best chefs to join him in a series of one-off ‘Behind the Pass’ dinners. A celebration of British cooking and the diversity of styles and techniques found across our country’s restaurants.
With menus dictated by the seasonal produce available on the day, Florence Knight will kick things off on 30th May as she joins Ben in the kitchen to create a six-course menu championing her pared back approach to modern British cooking.
