Chef Patron Ben Murphy has created a premium tasting menu showcasing not only the exceptional produce of the UK but includes seasonal dishes inspired by food from the palace; fresh floral ingredients, sophisticated plating and true-British culinary dining.
Signature dishes include the Pigeon Wellington | Foie Gras & Wild Garlic in addition to the Monkfish | Lemongrass | Charcoal | Vin Jaune.
All guests will also receive a complimentary glass of Nyetimber Classic Cuvee upon arrival, setting a dining experience fit for a true royal celebration.
