Guests dine in their own private dining room adjoined to the kitchen and are linked up via a live plasma screen. Diners get an insight into the buzz and adrenalin of one of London's most talked-about kitchens, and we will create a bespoke menu especially for you based on the day’s market produce. Our experienced sommelier will also be on hand to recommend wines to complement each course.
