Mattia Agresti is the General Manager of Launceston Place.

From a very young age Mattia has had a love for service and fine food, which started with his upbringing in Italy, and continued when starting his hospitality journey in 2015 at London’s Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. In 2017 Mattia then joined us as a waiter starting his six year journey working with Chef Patron Ben Murphy. His attention to detail and natural passion for taking care of people, ensures our guests have a memorable experience every time they visit Launceston Place and we pride ourselves on naming him our new General Manager.
